This tour combines three very unique sites. The first, the spectacular caves of Mira de Aire, are the biggest in the country, where you walk about 600m through the caves that are open to the public reaching a depth of over 100m. in 2007, they were voted one of the 7 natural wonders of Portugal.
After the visit, we head to the 13th century Port de Mós Castle, with beautiful views from the top.
Then, we head to the famous beach town of Nazaré famous for its beaches, fish and seafood, but also more recently know as the place to surf the biggest waves in the world. We visit the town and see the spectacular views from the top as well as visiting the famous fort of São Miguel Arcanjo, where in the winter people commute to see the massive waves.

    • The Mira de Aire caves have over 600 stairs to walk along, mostly downhill.
    • Part of the tour is spent commuting. From Lisbon to the Mira de Aire caves is approximately 1 hour 40 minutes. From there to the Port Mós Castle is approximately 25 minutes. From the Port Mós Castle to Nazaré is approximately 30 minutes and from there back to Lisbon is about 1 hour 30 minutes.
